Christmas Light Installation in Linn, Missouri

The Osage County seat, up on the hill east of the capital. Steep ground, long views, and houses that show from a distance.

Linn sits east of Jefferson City on Highway 50, up on ground that falls away on more than one side. That elevation changes the job in a way flat-country towns do not: a house here is frequently visible from well beyond its own street, so a display that would be modest on level ground carries considerably further.

It also means grade, and grade means equipment. Several properties in and around town sit above or below the road at an angle that makes a ladder the wrong tool entirely. Our crews carry their own lifts and harnesses, and the ladder never rests against your gutter.

The written quote covers the full season without exception — design, commercial-grade LED runs cut to your rooflines, installation, service calls, takedown in January, and storage through the year. Nothing about the drive out here appears as a line item.

What neighbors ask us first

Is the drive from Jefferson City a problem?

It is our cost to absorb, not yours. Linn and the Highway 50 corridor east are on our regular routes all season, and repairs are included at the same price as anywhere else we work.

Can you reach the steep properties?

Yes. Lift equipment, harnesses, and insured crews are the reason we can quote the ones other people decline. Steep ground is an equipment question, not a reason to skip the peak.

Do you work with the college and the businesses in town?

We light non-residential frontage across the region — scheduled outside your hours, run on timers, and maintained through the season.
