A few minutes west of Jefferson City on Highway 50, St. Martins keeps to itself — and its houses light up beautifully.
St. Martins is its own city, but it lives at Jefferson City’s pace: people head east on 50 for work in the morning and come home to quieter streets at night. Out here the properties stretch a little — single-story ranches with long clean rooflines, newer two-stories in the subdivisions, and homes on acreage where a lit yard tree can be seen from three fields away. It is some of our favorite work of the season, and since our crews pass through the west side constantly, it may be the easiest service run we make.

Two-story builds take taller ladders and more time, and the quote says so plainly before we start.
Trees are worth a word of their own. The mature oaks and maples that shade older west-side lots take light beautifully — trunk wraps and branch work are quoted alongside the roofline, and out toward Binder Lake a single well-wrapped tree can carry the whole property.
