What this website is
This site describes our Christmas lighting services and lets you ask for a quote. It is an information and enquiry site. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, and sending the quote form does not book work, hold a date, or create an agreement between us.
Quotes and pricing
Any figure discussed before we have seen the property is an estimate. Roofline length, access, height, tree size and the condition of the building all change what a job takes, and we do not know those things until we measure. Your firm price arrives in writing after a site visit. Where a written quote and this website disagree, the written quote governs.
Booking, scheduling and the season
Install dates are assigned when you accept a written quote, and there are a limited number of them: the season runs from roughly October through December, with takedown following in January. We schedule in geographic groups to keep travel out of your price, so an exact day can shift slightly. We also move dates for weather — ice, high wind and lightning make ladder work genuinely dangerous, and we will not put a crew on a roof in those conditions.
Your property
You confirm that you own the property or have permission to have this work done on it, including any approval your homeowners association or landlord requires. You agree to give our crew safe access, including to power. If we find something that makes the work unsafe or likely to cause damage — failing gutters, rotten fascia, an unsafe electrical supply — we will tell you, and we may decline that part of the job.
Materials and storage
Unless your written quote says otherwise, the lights and hardware we install remain our property. They are installed for the season, removed by us, and stored by us in between. That arrangement is what allows one price to cover replacing product that fails during the season.
Photographs of our work
We may photograph installations we complete and use those photographs to show the work we do. We do not publish customer names or street addresses alongside them. If you would rather we did not photograph your property, tell us and we will not.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Cole County, Missouri.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page is always the current one.
