Tipton sits out west on Highway 50 in Moniteau County, past California and near enough the far edge of our map that we will say so honestly: it is a drive. We make it because Tipton is a proper small town rather than a crossroads — a compact downtown of older brick storefronts, streets of frame and brick houses on wide lots, deep front yards, mature trees, and farm ground beginning almost the moment the last block ends.
Small-town work is some of the most satisfying we do, because the effect is out of all proportion to the size of the job. Yes, on grouped weeks. Tipton is the western end of our Highway 50 route rather than a special trip, and being scheduled alongside California and Centertown work is what makes it affordable. Ask about available weeks when you call.
Can you do a whole block of storefronts?
We can, and it is worth asking neighbors. Several buildings on one street is easier for us to schedule than one on its own, and a whole lit block does more for a small downtown than any single facade can.
What if the weather turns on install day?
We move it. Nobody works a wet or iced ladder, and we would rather push a day than take a risk with a crew or a roof. You get a call, not a surprise.
